Painted in BMW’s legendary Imolarot II hue and delivered to Italy in 1999, it must have been – and remains to this day – an incredible sight to see, even in the homeland of differently badged red high-performance cars.
Further enhanced by a plethora of AC Schnitzer parts, including wheels, front splitter and rear roof spoiler and the soundtrack provided by an MK motorsport exhaust, this example stands out anywhere and everywhere.
Imported to Slovenia by the car’s 2nd owner almost 20 years ago, the car continued to be used for weekend trips before being professionally conserved in 2014. It remained in that state until late-2021. Deconservation prompted a major service that has been duly carried out, but the car has been used very sparringly since.
The car is accident-free, however it has had minor cosmetic repairs due to stone chips etc.
